Emil Winterstø has over 10 years of international coaching experience from world-leading companies like H&M Group and AO Performance. For the last year he has trained and coached The AO Way to athletes in Norway, among them he is currently coaching Noah Steen, Micheal Brandsegg-Nygürd and Stian Solberg daily in Oslo during their off-season training.
